The cottage has a large lofted bedroom upstairs, with a queen sized bed and comfortable Casper foam mattress.
The cottage living room has a TV with an Apple TV for movie nights. The West Elm couch can be pulled out, or is very comfortable as-is for sleeping.
The studio’s green room is outfitted with a comfortable CB2 daybed. The studio’s full bath is “en suite”.
The cottage bathroom is full sized - there is a shower stocked with shampoo and bodywash, as well as a Toto toilet with bidet, warming & drying.
The cottage booth doubles as a twin bedroom within a former three-season porch, filled with natural light.
The former hayloft above the control room doubles as the studio’s echo chamber and lodging, separated by a partition. The bedroom has a comfortable Tuft & Needle queen sized foam mattress, climate control, & a window over the back field.
The cottage kitchen is fully outfitted with pots & pans, utensils, a coffee maker, a espresso machine with burr grinder, a stove/oven, and a fridge/freezer.
The studio bathroom, built around the original stall shower on the former exterior of the barn, now contains a large, slate shower.
